A dubious arrangement of totem poles and tribal masks does its best to detract from the enjoyment of this cafe-bar. Otherwise, Geronimo's interior is an almost-classy marble-and-wood affair, while its range of whiskies makes for a satisfying stop on any Veliko Târnovo bar crawl.
