Carlos Pizza

This intimate Vila Madalena pizzeria has been scooping up citywide pizza awards and its novel concept makes for a quick explanation: Neapolitan-style tradition and sensibility but forged with farm-to-table Brazilian ingredients from small producers, such as cheeses matured in former post-harvest coffee compartments, and artisanal hams from the Serra da Mantiqueira.
