The son of famed local chef Claude Troisgros runs this high-end Brooklyn-style burger outpost, and has gained a strong following for his delicious burgers (the guava ketchup is outstanding), sweet potato fries, milkshakes and craft beers. It's a charming spot, with subway tiles, framed photos, wood floors and a small front deck. TT also fires up a respectable veggie burger.
There are several other locations around Rio, including on Leblon's main drag (Av Ataúlfo de Paiva).
