Hotel Platani

Taking pride of place on Trebinje's pretty, central square, this landmark hotel evokes the elegance of the Austro-Hungarian era. Downstairs is one of Trebinje's best restaurants (mains 10KM to 34KM), while upstairs are spacious, well-presented rooms. One huge corner room is named after Matrix actress Monica Bellucci, who stayed here while filming locally. There's also an annex across the square.
