Konoba Slapovi

This magical tavern is perched above a horseshoe weir with a series of little footbridges allowing strolls between placid, tree-shaded shallows. The speciality here is fish although a range of Bosnian-style stews and delicious veal slow-roasted under a sač (domed metal hood) are served. It's 2.3km from the Old Town, along the riverside road towards the Pliva Lakes.
