Like a culinary metaphor for Verviers population, La Seigneurie's menu is a slightly discordant mixture of Belgian, North African and Mediterranean. The dining room's daring mono-coloured panels are set off by a jigglingly delicate centrepiece lamp to create a modish interior, and there's a very popular summer street terrace.
Portions are generous and the menu is long, although many apparently different plates are variants of each other with different sauces. It’s opposite La Boule Rouge, between Pl Verte and Pl du Martyr.
