Circuit Spa-Francorchamps

The Ardennes

Circuit Spa-Francorchamps is a world-class motor-racing circuit. It hosts Belgium’s Formula 1 Grand Prix, and has been cited as many F1 drivers' favourite, but throughout the season there are also many lower-profile races and events, some of them free.

Set in hilly part-woodland, the contoured course includes a dramatic 150-degree bend near the main paddock, 500m west of Francorchamps village (between Spa and Stavelot). Be aware that hotels throughout the region book out way in advance for the Formula 1 race in August, when traffic can be gridlocked as far away as Liège.
