Palo Alto

Brussels

Named after the hedonistic film by Gia Coppola, Palo Alto pairs authentic Mediterranean food with an extensive gin list, much of which is displayed in upcycled cupboards. For an intense taste of Italy, try the bruschetta tartufata (bruschetta with truffle salsa) or the creamy burrata; otherwise, go Spanish with the Catalan beef carpaccio or Chistorra sausage pappardelle.
