Nona

Brussels

With a striped monochrome awning, marbled counter and Neapolitan slow-rising-dough pizzas, Nona is a slice of bella vita in Brussels. Barring Italian tomatoes and olive oil, the ingredients are Belgian and mostly organic, including the mozzarella di bufala. Try wintry pizzas featuring pumpkin and bacon, or gorgonzola, pear and pine nuts, or perhaps the vegetarian ‘From Dries with Love’.
