Flamingo

Brussels

An all-day brasserie from restaurant designer Frederic Nicolay – the man behind Grand Central, BarBeton and Kumiko – Flamingo gets busy at lunchtime as diners share gyozas (dumplings), slurp ramen and devour juicy burgers served between colourful buns. The relaxed restaurant sells a wide range of beers and hosts the occasional live concert.
