Eco-minded Swing Kitchen calculates that its all-organic vegan burgers use 93% less land, 85% less water, 96% less grain, 95% less energy and produce 92% less greenhouse emissions than meat-based burgers. Its four varieties include a vegan schnitzel Vienna burger and Swing Burger with smoky barbecue sauce. Fries and onion rings are cooked in vegetable oil; there are also salads.
Its success has seen it open branches in Vienna, elsewhere in Austria, and Germany and Switzerland.
