Backlit wood hand carvings of Stephansdom's Gothic windows and a wall-to-wall neon-lit map of Vienna make this one of the city's coolest bars. Sensational craft cocktails vary seasonally, and might include the Donau (absinthe, apricot schnapps, blueberry-infused gin and pineapple juice), the Sisi (Jägermeister, chocolate liqueur and cream) and the Habsburg (Goldschläger – cinnamon liqueur with gold leaf – triple sec, soda and lime).
