There's an urban beat to this white-walled, postindustrial, American-style microbrewery, which pairs great craft beer, such as Magog (a barrel-aged dark ale) and crisp, hoppy IPAs, with comfort food like pulled-pork nachos, burgers and smoky spare ribs. There are no hipsters here and staff are genuinely eager to please.
