Beefing up the offerings in NoHo is this sassy steakhouse named for the Roaring Forties winds that wash and dry Tasmania. It's a stylish split-level fit-out – exposed brickwork, dark-wood tables and globular glassware – with the usual cuts (eye fillet, scotch fillet, rib eye, fillet mignon) done well rather than well done. Also serves up fish, ceviche and oysters.
