This dark, moody, maritime-themed bar attracts a good-looking but relaxed local crew. Settle in with something from its massive rum and whisky list, or try a Gold Coast take on cocktail classics (there's no Dark 'n' Stormy, but a coconut, pineapple, lime and rum Maiden Voyage could not be better suited to the climate). The sliders are great too.
