This is no standard sushi takeaway: the bustling little space with its open kitchen and rustic communal tables is a proper slice of ultra-urban Osaka transposed to the beach. Hands-on chef and owner Katsunori Kuwahara, formerly of popular Japanese joint Kinoko, dishes out tasty standards such as sushi, tempura and gyoza.
