Doma Cafe

In a wooden building in the tiny town of Federal is not where you'd expect to find some of the region's best Japanese cuisine being served, yet here it is. There's a full breakfast menu with Japanese twists, temaki-style sushi (cone-shaped) made with organic brown rice, and lunch mains like the chicken katsu burger, all to be enjoyed at the garden tables.
