Bamboo Brasas

As you'd expect, this upmarket parrilla does wonderful things with meat, from steaks to morcilla and chorizo. Some even claim that it serves the best meat in all of Argentina. We haven’t tried all the meat in Argentina (yet), but judging from the way they cooked our sweetbreads, they know what they're doing.
