Perched right above a river beach, the lovely bow-shaped deck here makes a great lunchtime destination. There's a fairly unsophisticated menu of parrilla and Argentine staples, but quality is good. Specialty surubí dishes go a step beyond: al paquete is very succulent, cooked in foil with walnuts. Service is enthusiastic; the setting is memorable. Edison is a continuation of Bolívar.
