Behind an unmarked door on a residential block in Villa Crespo, a short stroll south of Palermo Soho, one of the city's cocktail institutions awaits. Come for the hora del vermut (vermouth hour, 7pm to 9pm Monday to Friday) when classic porteño aperitifs and cocktails are on special, or stop by later for a nightcap. Great food, too.
