Porto Eda Hotel

Referencing the name given to Saranda during the Italian occupation (Edda was Mussolini's daughter), this hotel is a charming place and about as central as you can get, overlooking the bay. The 24 rooms are comfortably and stylishly laid out with a contemporary style and all have balconies and sea views. From September to June, room prices drop by about 50%.
